The Lemon Twigs Release New Song ‘Corner Of My Eye’
The Lemon Twigs are back with new music. The band, led by brothers Brian and Michael D’Addario, shared their first song in two years.
The Lemon Twigs are ringing in the new year with a new record label. After a successful three-album run with 4AD Records, the brothers have parted ways and joined Captured Tracks, a Brooklyn-based independent label.
The label writes, “We are thrilled to welcome @thelemontwigs to the Captured Tracks family! Today, they share their first single in two years, “Corner of My Eye.”

The band shared the process of making the soft tune, stating, “We recorded this track winter of 2021 in our old rehearsal studio in Midtown, NYC. Apart from the vibraphone, the instrumental track was recorded live with Andres Valbuena on drums and Daryl Johns on upright bass. We laid down the vocals late that night once the traffic outside had died down. We’ve had the song for a while now, so we’re excited to share it with fans who may have heard it live over the years!”

The Lemon Twigs released their third studio album, Songs for the General Public, in August 2020. After the release, the band went on to support Bleachers on their 2022 tour. They were joined by Allison Ponthier, Beabadoobee, Blu De Tiger, Charly Bliss, and Wolf Alice.
The Lemon Twigs are officially back, and we cannot be happier. Their new single, “Corner Of My Eye” is available to stream on all major music platforms. The music video can be viewed below.
