Aly and AJ Release New Song ‘Baby Lay Your Head Down’
The sister duo, Aly and AJ Michalka, is back with new music. After releasing their single “With Love From” in November, the singers shared their latest track, “Baby Lay Your Head Down.”
On January 25, Aly and AJ took to Instagram to announce the release of their forthcoming LP, With Love From. The duo writes, “Our next LP, With Love From, is out March 15th under @soundcloud We put our heart and soul into it. The second single, Baby Lay Your Head Down, is out today.”
After Aly revealed that their new sound “dug deeper into Americana folk music,” their latest single proves this. According to a press release, With Love From “recalls the moody, frenetic, and electrically stirring energy of a thunderstorm rolling in.”
With Love From will consist of 11 tracks. Fans can pre-order the LP on vinyl, cassette, and CD. Aly and AJ unveiled their tracklist and the vinyl breakdown below.
