Chlöe Debuts the Gorgeous Cover for Her New Album In Pieces
Chlöe released the official cover for her debut solo album, In Pieces, which drops at the end of this month.
The album cover is a photo of the singer posed like a porcelain doll with fiery red hair in a stunning ruffled dress. In the image, Chlöe has one hand on her hip and the other grasping a porcelain heart. In addition to the cover, the artist shared her unique inspiration behind the photo on social media.
When explaining the album art, Chlöe wrote, “I saw a photo of a porcelain doll 3 years ago, holding her heart just like this and from then, I said this will be my album cover… that same day I also wrote heart on my sleeve. The beginning of a scary and exciting journey for me.” She then detailed what her upcoming album means to her. Chlöe got very candid, sharing that after going through the darkest time in her life she has emerged healed and empowered. The musical star also mentioned that she learned to find beauty in her pain and flaws, wearing her heart as armor.
Chlöe concluded her message by sharing, “In Pieces is for the ones like me, who wear their outer shell so well that you’d have no idea what they’re going through. I hope this project brings healing to those who listen, as it’s been completely therapeutic for me and I can’t wait to share my heart with you, literally.”
In Pieces is set to drop on March 31. In January, Chlöe released the first single off the album, “Pray It Away.” Soon after, the star debuted another single, “How Does It Feel,” which featured Chris Brown.
Chlöe’s first solo album has been a long time coming. Since dropping her first solo song “Have Mercy” in 2021, Chlöe has acquired millions of listeners. Fans have been loving the musician’s recent singles, eagerly awaiting the entire album.
