MaXXXine Adds Stunning New Cast Members
MaXXXine, the third installment of Mia Goth and Ti West’s horror franchise, has found its stellar cast, featuring Elizabeth Debicki, Lily Collins, Giancarlo Esposito, and more.
On April 5, A24 released a teaser, reminding fans and Hollywood that “she” is coming. The “she” the teaser is referring to is Maxine Minx (Mia Goth), who is ready to carve her own path to superstardom.
The final trilogy from Ti West will “take place after the events of X, and follow Goth’s Maxine as the sole survivor of the farmhouse massacre who continues her journey toward fame as she sets out to make it as an actress in 1980s Los Angeles.”

The film’s teaser announced its A-list ensemble. In just thirty-four seconds, various names appear on the screen while the 1984 hit song “Obsession” by Animotion plays in the background. The vibe easily transports listeners back to the ’80s.
MaXXXine features Mia Goth (Pearl), Elizabeth Debicki (The Crown), Moses Sumney (Creed), Michelle Monaghan (True Detective), Bobby Cannavale (Nine Perfect Strangers), Lily Collins (Emily in Paris), Halsey (Americana), Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad), and Kevin Bacon (Footloose).
Although much of the film’s plot has been kept under wraps, MaXXXine is rumored to deal with the dangerous world of underground filmmaking. Esposito’s character is an agent for adult films and Z-list movie actors with Debicki starring as a film director. Monaghan and Cannavale are LAPD detectives with Bacon being a private detective.

Goth has received critical acclaim for her performances in X and Pearl. The actress teased that the latest film has the “best script of the three by far.” She continued, “It’s the biggest story of the three with the highest stakes and Maxine has gone through so much at this point. So when we find her in this new world, she’s just a force to be reckoned with and she goes through some pretty wild adventures.”
