Taylor Swift Gifts Her ’22’ Fedora to One Lucky Fan
While on her blockbuster Eras Tour in Texas, Taylor Swift gave her iconic “22” hat to a lucky local dancer in the audience.
On April 2, the Eras Tour had its third consecutive show in Arlington, Texas. All was well, as Swift was in the middle of performing her three-hour-long setlist. While performing the iconic, timeless song “22,” Swift handed her black fedora fan to a lucky audience member: Jaylan Ford.

The Grammy-winning superstar strutted down the runway with her dancers in the clip. After reaching the end of the stage, she passed the hat along to Ford and blew him a kiss.
It seemed like a “perfect night” for the “Anti-Hero” superfan, whose mom set up a GoFundMe page for the dancer to see his idol in concert. The page read, “I’m setting this up for our beloved Jaylan Ford to fulfill one of Jaylan’s BIGGEST DREAMS!! Which is to see Taylor Swift! Jaylan can be seen rocking it out on Cooper Street just about everyday! Jaylan dances to bring smiles to faces and loves dancing for the city!!” The page raised over $3,000 for the dancer.

Just the day before, Swift’s close friend, Selena Gomez, was in attendance with her younger sister, Gracie. On April 1, Swift handed her hat to Gracie in a sweet exchange. Similarly, Swift walked down the runway and handed her the hat, and in return, Gracie gave Swift a personal friendship bracelet. It was a moment that served as a reminder of Swift and Gomez’s longtime friendship.
