After noting her experience in the music industry, the star acknowledged that things have since changed for the better. On the matter, Aguilera stated, “We’re able to have these open conversations now. Now I see women more than ever talking to each other and it’s okay and so accessible with our phones, social media, that’s the positive of it, we get to have more accessibility to each other.” She then reflected, “I didn’t have that back then, it was very hard and very terrifying.”
Now, Aguilera has found a new outlet for her passions with Playground. The star enthusiastically described her work for the sexual wellness brand and her hopes to “inspire other women to feel comfortable with talking about their experiences and owning their body and their sexuality and what that means to them because every woman is different.”
