Rihanna Now Has the Most Watched Super Bowl Halftime Show
Rihanna just made Super Bowl history. She now holds the record for the most-watched performance amassing a record 120 million viewers.
For Rihanna’s first live musical performance in five years, she sure made a comeback. On February 12, she brought the house down at the Super Bowl LVII halftime. She wore a gorgeous, red monochrome Jahleel Weaver outfit that dazzled everyone watching.
Originally, Nielsen reported the star’s halftime event drew in 118.7 million viewers. Following a revised report, it is now confirmed the performance attracted 121.017 million viewers. This means Rihanna now has the most-watched Super Bowl halftime performance in history, surpassing Katy Perry’s 2015 performance which had 121 million viewers.

It is certainly no surprise that Rihanna’s performance was so massively successful. It came after a long hiatus from the music industry, where she had not released new music or performed live in years.
