Selena Gomez Set to Host Two New Food Network Series
Selena Gomez is set to host two new series on the Food Network, headlining the network’s new content slate for the end of this year and early next year.
Selena Gomez has made a name for herself in both the music and acting world. Some of her most recent ventures, however, have been in the television food networking space. Gomez currently hosts HBO’s Selena + Chef, although it is yet to be picked up for a fifth season.
The Food Network has ordered two new series hosted by Gomez. The first of which will be a “celebration-focused series,” premiering during this year’s holiday season. The other series will follow Gomez exploring other chef’s kitchens. The untitled series will follow the star “meeting up with some of the best chefs in the country in a quest to cook their most popular dishes when she visits their kitchens.” The series is slated for 2024.
According to Variety, these series will be independent of Gomez’s Emmy-nominated HBO Max series, Selena + Chef.
The Critics Choice Association has nominated Selena/Selena + Chef for their Critics Choice Real TV Awards in three categories:

The head of food content for Food Network, Betsy Ayala, detailed her process of creating a new season of programming. She shared, “As the leader for food programming, besting ourselves year after year is no easy feat, but the upcoming lineup turns up the star power with new and returning faces and is packed with exciting competitions, magical holiday creations, and culinary adventures for the whole family.”
Fans are excited to see Gomez get into the kitchen through new content on the iconic Food Network.
