Ticketmaster Suspends Sale of ‘The Eras Tour’ Tickets in France
Taylor Swift fans eagerly attempted to score tickets to “The Eras Tour” in France. However, they were met with difficulty upon Ticketmaster suddenly suspending sales.
Ticketmaster France took to Twitter this morning to assure fans that the “sale was disrupted by an issue with a third-party vendor,” and that the vendor is “working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.”

Moreover, the company added that special codes that were unable to be used in the purchase of tickets on July 11 would remain valid. Fans will be notified of a new date and time to purchase tickets.
However, fans of the iconic artist were frustrated with the difficulties they encountered while trying to secure tickets.
Many fans found Ticketmaster’s lack of clear communication to be unacceptable. Thousands took to Twitter to express their aggravation, mentioning how they waited for hours in the queue without knowing of these disruptions. In addition, fans had concerns regarding when tickets would be available for sale again.
Being ghosted by you for nearly 8 hours was great & when you came back your advice of ‘staying in this queue’ has changed 🤡. Some people have waited alllll day for this to be resolved

Although tickets are yet to be purchased, Swift is set to perform at La Défense Arena in Paris on May 9 through May 12 in 2024. She will also be having shows in Lyon on June 2 and 3.
Though “The Eras Tour” has yet to wrap up in the United States, fans from around the world are excited to see the pop star hit the international stage in late August continuing through 2024.
This is not the first time that Swifties have experienced difficulties purchasing “The Eras Tour” tickets.
In November, buyers were locked out of the sale, while others were kicked out of the process during checkout. Some fans in the United States even decided to file lawsuits against Ticketmaster as they felt the company had misleading practices, excessive service fees, and technical difficulties. The fiasco prompted Ticketmaster to post a lengthy apology and explanation detailing exactly what happened on their business site.
Swift will begin her international portion of the tour starting in late August. Fans can purchase tickets for “The Eras Tour” now.
