Tori Kelly Now Hospitalized Following Unexpected Health Complication
Tori Kelly was reportedly hospitalized following a health scare. She is being treated for severe blood clots found after she collapsed at a dinner in L.A.
It was just announced that Kelly is receiving treatment after experiencing a medical emergency. According to sources close to Kelly, she was at a dinner with friends when her heart began to beat very fast. She subsequently collapsed and was driven to the hospital for care.
The doctors have discerned that the singer has blood clots around vital organs, as well as in her legs and lungs. They are working to determine if she has any clots around her heart.
The situation is believed to be very serious, and Kelly remains in treatment. According to TMZ, “The singer’s been in and out of consciousness during her hospitalization.”

Kelly got her start on the internet after sharing videos of her singing. She was catapulted into fame by her appearance on American Idol, where she made it to the series’ Hollywood Week. Despite not winning the competition, her talent was recognizable and she signed with Scooter Braun soon after. Her 2016 album Unbreakable Smile features Ed Sheeran.
Kelly was in the running for the title of Best New Artist at the 58th Grammy Awards. She has received Grammy Awards for Best Gospel Album and Best Gospel Performance/Song. Many singers have acknowledged and praised her talent, including Ariana Grande and John Legend. Her vocals are admired by artists known for their stunning voices.
