Kali Uchis Teases Snippet of New Song Coming Next Week
Kali Uchis teased a snippet on Wednesday of her new Spanglish song, “Muñekita,” which will be released next week.
The 23-second TikTok video depicted Uchis lip-syncing to the track’s English and Spanish lyrics. She dawns a large cross necklace while mouthing the words, “Cambie mi numero relax, no I didn’t get your text. You b*tches do not exist.”
In the caption, she also hinted that there would be other artists featured on “Muñekita.”
“It’s time,” she wrote. “Pa’ musikita nuevaaa, adivinen quienes son los feats?”
Fans flooded the comments with their guesses as to who would be featured. The most popular were Karol G, Tokischa, Plan B, and Rosalía. Tokischa may be the most probable answer, as she is slated to be the opener for the Uchis’ “Red Moon in Venus Tour Pt. II” in September.
However, it seems to still be somewhat of a mystery, as the artist commented 14 hours after posting the video that “so far only two people have guessed one of the feats correctly.”
That feature is alleged to be JT of the rap duo City Girls, as reported by Rap Alert on Twitter.

Many fans are taking to the internet to express their excitement over the evident reggaeton influence present on the track.
“Reggaetón Kali is my favorite,” one fan commented on the TikTok, garnering more than 3,500 likes in support.
Although there is not a set release date yet for “Muñekita,” Uchis stated in a Wednesday Instagram post that the song will release next week.
“Thank you to all of you who support me & allow me grace on my journey. I’m ready to start sharing again,” she stated. “Snippet tonight for new song next week.”
In anticipation of the song’s release, fans can listen to Uchis‘ most recent album, Red Moon In Venus, on Apple Music, Spotify, and all other streaming platforms.
