Ariana Grande Teases Cryptic Photos for 10th Anniversary of Debut
Ariana Grande teases cryptic photos for the celebration of the upcoming 10th anniversary of her debut album, Yours Truly.
On Tuesday, Grande posted a carousel of photos on Instagram, hinting at a speculated re-recording or live performance of her debut album, Yours Truly. The LP will turn 10 years old in stores on August 30, and on streaming on September 3.
In the first photo, Grande dawns a blue top and skirt with black flowers, standing with her back to the camera. She is holding a microphone stand in the middle of a dimly lit room, surrounded by people playing various instruments. The second photo is a close-up of Grande holding the microphone in one hand and the microphone stand in the other.
However, the most telling sign that these cryptic photos might be alluding to Yours Truly is the third and final picture. On top of a soundboard sit three music scores of her songs “Baby I,” “Tattooed Heart,” and “Daydreamin’,” which are all featured on the debut album.
The album also features her first hits “The Way,” with the late rapper Mac Miller, and “Almost Is Never Enough” with singer Nathan Sykes of The Wanted.
For fans who still aren’t convinced, Grande captioned the post, “almost ten …….” followed by a heart emoji. Though it is unclear if this means a re-recording, live performance, or something else, she seems to be teasing something related to the anniversary of Yours Truly.
Fans flooded Twitter to discuss the post and speculate what she has planned for the anniversary. Some compared this to Taylor Swift’s album re-recordings, calling it “Ariana’s version.”

According to Ariana Grande Chart Data, on Twitter, on Wednesday, Yours Truly surpassed thank u, next, and is now her second-best performing album on Apple Music. This change came less than 24 hours after Grande’s Instagram post teasing the anniversary.
