Check Out the New Celebrity Cast of Dancing With the Stars Season 32
It’s the time of year when we’re ready to tango with our favorite celebrities on Dancing With the Stars. Even with the exceptional investigative skills of DWTS fans, they were still in for some shocking names during the grand reveal on Good Morning America.
It’s no secret that the dance competition series has struggled with booking huge names within the last few seasons, and the SGA-Aftra strike made it even harder to secure actors, which we see around 3-4 in every season. For that reason, this season has a rise in reality television and social media stars.
Months before the official GMA reveal, DWTS announced that Vanderpump Rules’ Ariana Madix and The Bachelorette’s Charity Lawson would take the floor this season. Romy and Michelle’s High School Reunion star Mira Sorvino’s participation was leaked weeks before.
GMA brought on one official pairing a day before to keep the anticipation high; however, the announcement was met with less-than-stellar feedback when they revealed that Jamie Lynn Spears would dance with fan-favorite pro Alan Bersten. However, Spears did promise to donate her weekly earnings to SAG-Aftra and “give back to them in a time where they can’t even give to themselves.”
Dancing With the Stars is moving to Tuesday nights, starting with the extended premiere on September 26. You can watch on ABC, stream on Disney+, and watch the next day on Hulu. Check out the entire cast below.
