Mitski has scored her first Hot 100 single for her beautiful song, “My Love Mine All Mine.”

In September, beloved indie musician Mitski released her seventh album, The Land Is Inhospitable and So Are We. The eleven-track album is anything but a pop record, especially after the release of her last album, Laurel Hell.

The “Nobody” singer reveals that her seventh studio album is her “most American” record to date. She states, “I’m always trying to figure out what it means to be American. But especially with this album, I think I’m trying to reconcile all my various identities with being American today. I feel like I’ve always been seeing my own identities through the eyes of other people who haven’t lived my identities. And I kind of think maybe that’s also very uniquely American. I’m Asian American.”

Mitski’s track “My Love Mine All Mine” is a clear standout on the album. Just one day after Mitski released her record, fellow musician Clairo covered the song and uploaded her own rendition to Instagram. She writes, “attempting to learn one of the most beautiful songs I’ve heard in a while.”

“My Love Mine All Mine” was released alongside an accompanying music video. Between Clairo’s cover, the music video streaming on major music platforms, and TikTok, Mitski’s tender track sits at Number 76 on the Hot 100. This is her first song to achieve this feat.

Congratulations to Mitski on this music milestone. We hope that “My Love Mine All Mine” continues to climb up the charts. Fans can stream her latest album, The Land Is Inhospitable and So Are We, on all major music platforms.
