After McRae’s popular single “You Broke Me First” topped the charts in 2021, she has been growing as a new pop star. Following her rise to stardom, she released a full album and went on tour. During her North American Tour, which started on September 5 in Chicago and ended on October 15 in Dallas, one of her fashion goals was to nail the comfortable but elevated look.

Figuring out what to wear on stage can be difficult. You are performing in front of a huge crowd and moving around. You want something that you can be comfortable with. Stage lights also play a factor since they can alter the colors of how things look. McRae wanted to find outfits that represented all sides of her. In addition, she aimed to mix her tomboy and feminine styles.

McRae changed many times during her performances with a few pieces she loved and stuck out to her. She wore a vintage hockey glove each night, hinting at her newest single, “Greedy,” which was released during the tour. McRae also wore her favorite Ganni knee-high boots.

One of her favorite outfits was from New York City night. She was very excited to perform there because of the energy the city gives. The show was performed at Pier 17, which is the only outside venue on this tour. She went with a Vivienne Westwood tank top, basketball shorts, and her iconic Ganni boots.

Although Tate McRae has wrapped up touring, she does not plan to slow down.
