Smith encouraged fans to dress up in whatever costume they desired. We all know Smith has a crazy unique sense of style, so to state their Halloween performance will be over the top is an understatement.

The fun began when Smith posted a challenge on TikTok where his fans can sing along to their song “Unholy.” In addition, the challenge allows fans to off their costume creations. Smith’s fans have already created SFX makeup looks and videos, dressing as demons and other monsters.

“Hi everyone, um I’m so excited for Melbourne show because its Halloween, and we’re gonna have an incredible time. If you want, and if you can, I would love it if you could dress up for Halloween,” Smith stated. “I would love to see your costumes, I would love you guys to, to get unholy with us on Halloween it’d be amazing. Sending you all love, I can’t wait to see you all there.” Furthermore, the “Dancing with a Stranger” singer has been posting countdowns for the show on X.

In addition to the performance, Smith also partnered with old-time friend and singer, Charli XCX, to make their first collab single “In the City.” They explained the song wanted to express finding your gang of friends, new or old, on a night out at the club. It is a dedication to the beauty of meeting new people around the globe.

“The song is about finding the people you truly love and connect with through wild nights out and partying in magical places,” Charli stated. “It’s about feeling accepted, the magnificence of being welcomed into queer spaces and those once in a lifetime people you get to meet when you’re there.”
