This news comes shortly after Disney Television Group President Craig Erwich mentioned to Deadline that the crime-solving crew the series centers around will depart from their typical setting of New York and instead take on the adventures of the new season in Los Angeles, California.
Shannon will join cast members Selena Gomez, Steve Martin, and Martin Short on screen as their characters work to solve the murder of stuntwoman Sazz Pataki. Pataki, who is portrayed by Glee star Jane Lynch, was killed in the finale of the program’s third season, leaving viewers wondering about the identity of the culprit as they await the Season Four premiere.
The highly anticipated fourth season of Only Murders in the Building is predicted to be released sometime this year, and viewers can expect more news to come out as the announcement of the premiere approaches.
In the meantime, the first three seasons of the comedic drama can be streamed now on Hulu.
