Rob Kardashian Returns to Instagram to Make Tribute With Siblings
After eight months off of social media, Robert Kardashian returned to honor his late father, Robert Kardashian Sr., for what would have been his 80 birthday.
Rob Kardashian, the youngest brother to the iconic Kardashian sisters, came back to Instagram on February 22 to share his annual heartfelt message for his deceased father’s birthday.
Robert Kardashian Sr. was the father to Kourtney, Khloé, Kim, and Rob, who are extensively known for their prominent reality TV show Keeping Up with the Kardashians. He was a father, an attorney, and a businessman who gained recognition for being O.J. Simpson’s defense attorney during his famous 1995 murder trial. Robert Sr. had unfortunately passed away in July 2003 from esophageal cancer, leaving his memory with his four children.
His fatherhood would be significantly honored on his birthday this year by all of his children on social media, so much so that Robert Jr. broke his no-Instagram streak to post a throwback picture of his father and mother, Kris Jenner.
“Happy Birthday Dad,” Rob wrote. “Thank you for giving me only good memories with you. I miss you every day. I love you so much.”
Rob’s older sister and the founder of Good American, Khloé Kardashian, commented under the post, “He’s with you every day, Bobby!! Remember that. Look for his signs. He’s trying to show you daily. Never forget how much he loves you. He is so proud of the dad you are!!!!!!”
Khloé had posted her own memorabilia for her father’s 80, uploading a video collage with the caption, “I will forever hold space for you. Happy Birthday, Daddy – I love you. Every memory. Every lesson. Every laugh. Every ounce of love. Thank you!”
She mentioned, “I think there will be a piece missing from me for the rest of my life. Although I may try to fill it with people or things, I know I’ll always feel that void. And maybe that’s what they mean when they say, ‘I’ll hold space for you,’ because that space will always be yours.” She reflected on the audio, stating, “PS this audio can be viewed as sad or beautiful. I choose beauty. I am not sad anymore.”
The other two children of Robert Kardashian Sr., Kim Kardashian, and Kourtney Kardashian Baker, had also paid tribute to their father’s 80 birthday. Kim posted an old photo of her, Kourtney, and their father at a ski resort. Kourtney posted a childhood picture of her and her father. Both sisters captioned these posts with beautiful messages highlighting how outstanding a father and man Robert Kardashian Senior was.
Not only did Kardashian’s children continue to honor their father, but so did ex-wife Kris Jenner, who posted a picture of the whole Kardashian family on her Instagram story. In this story, she wrote, “You would be so proud of our kids, and I know you are always with us. We all love you and miss you endlessly.”
