Halle Bailey Posts Cover Art for New Single ‘In Your Hands’
Halle Bailey released the cover art for her new single, “In Your Hands.” It will be released on Friday, March 15, seven months after her previous single, “Angel.”

In the poster, she kneels in the desert, wearing the Havuni ‘Inaz Bralette’ and custom matching skirt, and she holds a matching blue guitar. Her locks are flowing over her face, hiding her features. Even without seeing her face, she is as gorgeous as ever.
Bailey has been in the public eye since she was a young child. She started acting at 6 when she appeared in Last Holiday(2006) alongside Queen Latifah and her elder sister, Chloe. The sisterly duo went on to act together in other films and series like Joyful Noise (2012), Let It Shine (2012), and Austin and Ally (2011). Chloe and Halle starred in Grown-ish (2018), a spin-off of Black-ish (2014), as twins Sky and Jazz Foster. In 2023, she debuted her first leading role away from Chloe as Ariel in the live-action The Little Mermaid (2023). Shortly after, it was cast as the supporting role of young Nettie in the musical rendition of The Color Purple (2023).

While working on films, the sister duo also sang covers on their YouTube channel since 2011. They did covers of Beyoncé, Christina Aguilera, Rihanna, and more. Their cover of Beyoncé’s “Pretty Hurts” went viral and has since garnished over 22 million views. This viral video led to them guest-starring on the Ellen Degeneres Show in 2012. Their rendition of “Pretty Hurts” caught the eye of Queen B herself. The sisters soon joined Beyoncé’s label.
The duo dropped their first studio album, The Kids Are Alright, in 2018. Two years later, they released another album, Ungodly Hour. It has amassed over 400 million streams since its release.

Halle dropped her first solo single last August. “Angel” hit 2 million streams in the first week. It has over 15 million streams on Spotify. She announced the release of her next single, “In Your Hands,” on March 6.
