Meghan Markle has returned to Instagram after a four-year break, unveiling her new lifestyle company, American Riviera Orchard.

The Instagram account, featuring only the project’s logo, has already garnered over 294,000 followers. Accompanied by a website with the same name, Markle is credited as the founder in the bio.

American Riviera Orchard is shrouded in mystery as the Sussexes have not disclosed any details about the project. However, speculations arose late last year suggesting Markle might be resurrecting her former lifestyle blog, “The Tig.” Known for sharing recipes, travel guides, and more, “The Tig” was shut down after her engagement to Prince Harry. With the name hinting at Californian glamor and idyllic landscapes, it appears Markle is reentering the lifestyle space.

A trademark application for “American Riviera Orchard” was filed in February. The trademark covers various goods and services, such as tableware, cookbooks, textiles, and edible items like jellies and fruit preserves.

The couple has been absent from social media since they left the royal family in March 2020. However, with the launch of their new venture, Meghan has returned to Instagram.

Amidst challenging times for the Windsor family, including conspiracy theories surrounding Kate Middleton and criticism over a heavily edited photo, they seem to have moved past their controversies. With the launch of their new venture, they are embarking on a fresh and promising chapter.

Markle, now known as Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, is an American former actress who became a member of the British royal family after her marriage to Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, in May 2018. Before her marriage, she was best known for her role as Rachel Zane on the American television series Suits. She has also been involved in various philanthropic endeavors, focusing on gender equality and women’s empowerment. The couple stepped back from their roles as senior royal family members in early 2020 and have since been pursuing independent projects and initiatives.
