Deeper Well, Kacey Musgraves’ New Album Finds Success

Kacey Musgraves has released her new album, Deeper Well. It is predicted to debut at #2 in the US. The album is also projected to earn 75-85k units. 

According to Hits Double Daily, Ariana Grande’s album, Eternal Sunshine holds the Number 1 spot on the album chart. Additionally, Musgraves will hold the number 2 spot. Next, Morgan Wallen’s album, One Thing at a Time will hold the number 3 spot with 71,000 units. Finally, Justin Timberlake’s Everything I Thought It Was is predicted to take the number 4 spot with 65,000 units. 

Deeper Well is Musgraves’s sixth studio album. It will be her second record to reach number 2 on the US charts. The first album that achieved this was her 2013 debut album, Same Trailer Different Park. Deeper Well was released on March 15 and has been a huge success for the musician. It has also officially reached #1 on US iTunes. 

Musgraves has a long history in the music industry. Her first album, Same Trailer Different Park was released in 2013. Since then, she has released the following albums, Pageant Material (2015), A Very Kasey Christmas (2016), Golden Hour (2018), and Star-Crossed (2021). 

Moreover, since her debut album, the country singer has been nominated for 13 Grammys and has won 7. According to the Grammy Awards, Musgraves stated, “I’m a country singer; I’m a country songwriter. But I feel like I make country music for people who like country music and for people who don’t.” With the success of Deeper Well, it is clear that her music appeals to a wide array of music listeners. 

Following the success of her new album, Musgraves will be embarking on the Deeper Well World Tour. She will be going to Europe, the United Kingdom, and North America. Furthermore, the musician Madi Diaz will be the supporting act in Europe and the UK. Additionally, Father John Misty, Lord Huron, and Nickel Creek will be the supporting acts during the North American leg.
