Billie Eilish Announces New Album, Hit Me Hard and Soft
Billie Eilish has officially revealed the title and release date for her upcoming album, Hit Me Hard and Soft, after a long wait.
It’s official. New Billie Eilish music is coming. It has been a while since the artist has released music, with her latest project being “What Was I Made For?” in Barbie. The song gained tons of traction, going viral on social media and helping Eilish reach a new level of fame. The singer won many awards for the single, including multiple Grammys and Oscars.
As of now, Eilish is using this success to catapult herself into a new era. For a while, she had been hinting at new music, but nobody knew when or how soon she would be returning. However, Eilish took to social media on the morning of April 8 to officially share the good news with fans.
The post features the singer underwater wearing all black. A door appears in the picture, as well. In the caption, she stated “‘HIT ME HARD AND SOFT’ MY THIRD ALBUMMMMMMMMMMMMM COMES OUT MAY 17THHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH AHHHHHHHHHH. so crazy to be writing this right now i’m nervyyyyy & exciteddd not doing singles i wanna give it to you all at once :PPP finneas and i truly could not be more proud of this album and we absolutely can’t wait for you to hear it. love you love you love you.”
The “Happier Than Ever” singer has nothing but excitement and anticipation to share with her fanbase, and it is very clear that she cannot wait to showcase all of the hard work she’s been doing.
Although it is not yet confirmed, this post could potentially be the cover of her third studio album, Hit Me Hard and Soft. The project has been in the works for a long time, and supporters are stoked to listen to Eilish’s new music.
