Apple Music Reveals New Top Ten Best Albums of All Time
After counting down its list of Top 100 Best Albums of All Time for over a week, Apple Music finally unveiled its Top 10.
Apple Music began releasing its picks for the Top 100 Best Albums of All Time on May 13. Since then, the list has sparked controversy on social media, with some users celebrating the inclusion of their most beloved albums and others protesting that their favorite artists were snubbed. Now, with the recent release of Apple Music’s official top 10 list, the debate over which album deserved which spot has become more heated than ever.

Beyoncé’s Lemonade kicks off the Top 10 countdown, making her one of only five artists to have more than one album on the Top 100 list. The other artists with multiple albums on the list include Radiohead, Prince, Stevie Wonder, and the Beatles. Nirvana’s Nevermind ranks at number nine, followed by Amy Winehouse’s Back to Black, Kendrick Lamar’s good kid, m.A.A.d city (Deluxe Version), and Stevie Wonder’s Songs in the Key of Life consecutively.
Beyoncé is the only female artist to have TWO albums on @AppleMusic’s 100 Best Albums of all time with 1 in the TOP 10.

Finally, after more than a week of music lovers waiting and debating which album would win the top spot, Lauryn Hill’s The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill was revealed as Apple Music’s number-one best album of all time.

Like the rest of Apple Music’s top 100 list, social media users received the Top 10 picks with mixed reactions. Many praise Beyoncé for winning the number 10 spot and being the only female artist with more than one album on the list.
