Kehlani Hosts In-Store Signings for New Album Crash
Kehlani will do in-store merchandise signings for her new album Crash, releasing at midnight on June 21. She will also make stops in Oakland, LA, and NYC.
The singer is calling it the Crash Records Pop-Up Shop. The promotional poster lists dates for select cities, with “overseas locations coming soon.” Her fans took to the internet reacting to Crash and even trending Kehlani on X.

Kehlani will start in her hometown of Oakland, or home in the bay as she calls it, on the date of the album release. She will then make her way to Los Angeles the next day and finish in New York City on June 23.
Before announcing the pop-up shop, she shared a video of her signing CDs, posters, and vinyls.
Kehlani also released merchandise for her single “Next 2 U” to support the ongoing conflict in Palestine. The merchandise was designed and made in Palestine, and all proceeds were donated to families in Congo, Sudan, and Palestine.
Her other single from Crash, “After Hours,” is a fun, upbeat song that samples “Coolie Dance Rhythm” by Corden Burrell.
While promoting this project the “Good Life” singer shared a post, “i had the most fun making this. becoming the person refined during this process. usually i’d maybe say a rebirth but im not sure i did that, im almost positive i simply freed myself.”
The tracklist has a total of 12 songs, including the two released singles. The record has features from Jill Scott, Young Miko, and Omar Lay.
She made a few TikTok posts highlighting the differences between Crash and her last two works, Blue Water Road and It Was Good Until It Wasn’t.
She also announced a listening party and an album release party, with tickets for fans to come listen to the new music with her. Other artists, including Victoria Monét and Jessie Reyez, also made appearances at the listening party.
Moreover, the artist shared a message expressing her thanks before the release party, encouraging everyone to have fun.

Fans have speculated about a potential Tiny Desk appearance after a picture of the artist surfaced with the usual Tiny Desk setup in the background. Although there has been no official announcement yet.
However, an official tour announcement from the artist can be expected. She took to Twitter to share three words.
