This isn’t Norwood’s first stab into the horror genre. Long-time fans remember the actress’ role as Karla Wilson in the horror sequel I Still Know What You Did Last Summer, where she is the final girl who survives. In the 1998 film, the R&B superstar portrayed the best friend of surviving teens Julie (Jennifer Love Hewitt) and Ray (Freddie Prinze Jr.). The film follows a murderous fisherman coming after a group of teens that left him for dead.
