Emerson Azarian Announces New EP Poptropica
Emerson Azarian officially announced her new EP, Poptropica.
Shortly following her debut EP Dream Girl, pop artist Emerson Azarian is already treating fans to new music. On June 24, the “R U Down?” singer announced her second EP. Poptropica consists of five tracks and comes out July 12.
The artist revealed the news on her Instagram. She expressed, “this one was hard to keep a secret for so long!!” The album artwork features a fun, beachy, 2000s vibe.
The following day, the “Option B” singer continued the excitement, sharing the EP’s tracklist. The new record will contain the following songs:
- “Poptropica”
- “H2O My”
- “Deadline”
- “Mai Tai”
- “Bubble Png”
The title of the EP likely pays tribute to the popular online game of the same name. Poptropica was created in 2007 by Diary of a Wimpy Kid author Jeff Kinney and named one of TIME‘s 50 Websites that Make the Web Great in 2011.
Listeners already “just can’t get enough” of one catchy tune from the EP. Azarian previously released “Bubble Png” as a single on June 20.
The project comes shortly after the release of the “If You Think Abt It” singer’s debut EP. The artist released Dream Girl back in May. On the announcement post, one user commented, “you’re keeping us FED. i love you for this.” Another shared, “OMG, ALREADY?!!!?? WE WON SO BADDDDDD, OMG.”
Until its release, readers can pre-save Poptropica and listen to the rest of Emerson Azarian’s music on all streaming platforms.
