Madison Beer Tries to Escape in New ’15 MINUTES’ Music Video
Madison Beer released a dark escape room-themed music video for her newest single, “15 MINUTES,” on July 19.
The singer posted some behind-the-scenes photos on Instagram.
“15 MINUTES” was teased in snippets on social media, and at the end of Beer’s “Make You Mine” music video, she performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live Outdoor Stage.
Fans have praised the “Sweet Relief” singer for the video’s cinematic feel. The singer is known for having a storyline throughout her videos, often with a dark element.

The video starts with Beer in the middle of nowhere, moving closer to the escape room, almost entranced by it. As she smiles at the escape room sign, she walks towards the door and opens it to find a gust of wind blowing.
Not taking that as a sign to leave, the “Home to Another One” singer sees a vision of her trapped in the back of a vehicle before she goes through the door.
As she explores the escape room, the singer’s lyrics refer to her previous hit single, “Make You Mine.”

Beer grabs a wrench to break the window and slides her hand through it to open the next door. She uses another tool to break the timer, which could have led to her demise. As Beer runs away, she finds a rope attached to another door. Unfortunately, the rope was a trap since it wrapped around her foot and dragged her toward a fan.
Before fans can see what will happen to the “Spinnin'” singer, we see her again in the middle of nowhere. Not able to break the spell the escape room has on her, she ends up back there, where the sign changes to “Try Again?” The video ends as the singer smirks at the door, telling the viewer she will go through that escape room again.

As many fans know, Beer likes to co-direct her music videos; however, she is credited as a songwriter, vocal editor, co-engineer, and producer for this video. The single will be released on the songwriter’s upcoming third album.
Fans have been loving the “15 MINUTES” music video from Beer, citing her as the “new queen of dark pop.”

Beer revealed that the video was inspired by the film Fight Club, to which fans compared the visuals.
