Rising model Alex Consani talks all things fashion: her love of vintage, fashion inspirations, and her “chic” style ideas.

Consani is extremely popular among Gen-Z fashion lovers for her TikTok content and for bringing back the fun in high fashion shows. The young model dominates the runways while still captivating her audience with humor and authenticity.

Consani looks stunning on every runway she graces while simultaneously using phrases like “Serving down. Well, yes.” created and popularized by the queer community (more specifically trans women like herself). Most recently, the young model appeared in the “BRAT” leader Charli xcx’s “360” music video.

Though Consani would describe herself as more extravagant with her style, one of her biggest fashion inspirations is her mother. She stated, “She is very chic, very demure. But the way that she wore clothing is something that I’m now getting more appreciative of because it was very understated.”

Despite being a high fashion icon, the 21-year-old confesses that she doesn’t shop often. She explains, “Honestly, hot take—I really don’t buy a lot. I’ve never really gone into a luxury store and bought anything. I’m more of a vintage girl, so I would say my biggest, most memorable purchase was when I graduated high school. I got a little Louis Vuitton speedy bag, and I wore that to the ground.” She’s giving Jane Birkin, clothes that are meant to be bought with purpose and consciousness and used for as long as possible. Okay, sustainability queen.

The model would describe her style as “Scandinavian chic” with a risqué twist. The model associates chicness with hiding something with fashion. One must focus on their confidence, anything can be chic when you think outside the box of traditional chicness.

Consani is a major star in the making and we can’t wait to see her on the next runway.
