It’s Here, the Omar Apollo X Taco Bell Collab
Despite being booked with tours, Omar Apollo lets fans join the family with a secret family recipe: the “Disha Hot Sauce,” only at Taco Bell for a limited time.
Although now at Taco Bell, “Disha Hot Sauce” debuted in August. The star posted, “I grew up always eating this sauce and dreamt of bringing it to the world.” Apollo had already taken it into his own hands to spread his mother’s sazón. Because his launch was a limited release, Taco Bell’s collaboration with him did a favor for those who didn’t get to taste it the first time.

Taco Bell’s Marketing Chief Marketing Officer, Taylor Montgomery, tells QSR, “At Taco Bell, we consistently look to push the boundaries of menu innovation.” The chain restaurant and artist also created the “Disha Hot Discovery Box” to go with the sauce. His meal will bring fans a burst of flavor.
The star began touring in July and is still doing well. Since the release of his sophomore album, GOD SAID NO, in June, he’s been giving his fans what they want. In a Rolling Stone review of the album, they state this album is “an emotionally harrowing look inside the psyche of a musician.”
On tour, fans have loved Apollo’s energy and ability to connect with his audience. During the most recent night in Houston, the artist quickly called some people out for leaving too early. He followed this by singing Z-Ro lyrics, “Can’t leave drank alone.”
Not only has the star continued to succeed in his music career, but he most recently announced his debut in an upcoming movie. He’ll be a co-star with Drew Starkey in Luca Guadagnino’s Queer. Amongst all these projects, the busy star has still had time to share a part of the home with his new hot sauce at Taco Bell.
