The White Lotus: Everything You Need to Know About the Season 3 Teaser
HBO has released the official teaser for season three of the Emmy Award-winning series The White Lotus, set to premiere on February 16.
It’s been two years since season two of The White Lotus, and fans are finally catching glimpses of the much-anticipated third season. While viewers can look forward to fresh faces and a brand-new storyline, Jennifer Coolidge, known for her iconic role in previous seasons, will not be returning. However, the teaser promises plenty of excitement, including the return of a beloved character.
The third season is set in Thailand at The White Lotus, the picturesque yet chaotic resort where a new group of guests arrives seeking tranquility. The teaser takes a dramatic turn when one character ominously declares, “Everyone runs from pain toward pleasure. But they get there only to find more pain,” hinting at the central theme of season three.
Natasha Rothwell, who previously portrayed spa manager Belinda Lindsey, will reprise her role as the sole returning cast member. Joining her is an impressive roster of new stars, including Walton Goggins, Scott Glenn, Carrie Coon, and Lalisa Manoban (better known as Lisa from BLACKPINK). Other notable cast members include Michelle Monaghan, Leslie Bibb, Parker Posey, Dom Hetrakul, Jason Isaacs, and Tayme Thapthimthong.
Additionally, Sarah Catherine Hook, Sam Nivola, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Aimee Lou Wood, Nicholas Duvernay, Charlotte Le Bon, Arnas Fedaravičius, Christian Friedel, Morgana O’Reilly, Shalini Peiris, Patravadi Mejudhon, and Julian Kostov will also appear in the ensemble cast.
While the teaser gives only a glimpse of what’s to come, creator Mike White offered more insight during an exclusive interview with Entertainment Weekly in November 2023. “‘It’s going to be a supersized White Lotus,'” White revealed. “‘It’s going to be longer, bigger, crazier. I don’t know what people will think, but I am super excited, so at least for my own barometer, that’s a good thing … I’m super excited about the content of the season.'”

Season three of The White Lotus will debut on HBO on Sunday, February 16. The eight-episode season will also be available for streaming on Max.
