Rhode’s New Peptide Lip Shape Is the Name on Everyone’s Lips

Rhode’s long-awaited launch, the new Peptide Lip Shape ($24), is about to be the go-to purse product. The innovative lip liner blurs the lines between precision and soft focus for a look that screams, “I woke up like this.”

Formulated with peptides and fenugreek, the Peptide Lip Shape is clinically proven to enhance lip volume and firmness for that plumping effect—an idea still new to the market. The liner possesses a smoother formulation for an easier glide across the lips, much to the satisfaction of consumers who forego the product due to feeling like they have to “drag” a pencil across their lips. 

Not to mention, in lieu of your fingers, the pencil has a sponge at the end for a fun and messy yet natural look to your lip. “It’s not about precision or perfectly lining your lips—it’s about play and creativity,” Hailey Bieber told Forbes. 

The liners feature 11 shades ranging from neutral pinks to deep browns, including:

The goal is for an effortless, contoured lip. “With contour, you can shape and structure your face. I wanted to bring that same playful approach to lips—experimenting, going beyond the lines, and creating a fuller, pillowy look that still feels natural,” the CEO discussed.

As if the exciting new drop wasn’t enough, Bieber enlisted the help of budding pop girl Tate McRae, who dons the shade “balance.” 

The skincare-forward brand has made the gradual expansion to cosmetic products, from their Pocket Blushes that pack a punch and now their liners that will pair wonderfully with their Peptide Lip Tints. There are no signs of slowing down now as Bieber promises a jam-packed year ahead of Rhode’s third birthday in June. 

“It has a lot to do with me getting older, understanding who I am a bit more, and knowing who I am as a woman,” she stated.
