Jake Shane Announces His New Live Tour This Spring
Comedian and internet personality Jake Shane announced he is going back on tour this spring with his new project, Live with Jake Shane. The tour kicks off next month in Dallas, Texas, and concludes in mid-July in Omaha, Nebraska. Over these few months, Shane will hit 35 cities across North America.
Shane is known for his viral podcast, Therapuss, which has reached number 3 on Spotify’s Top Comedy Podcasts and number 8 on Spotify’s Overall Podcast charts. He recently wrapped his first-ever live tour, Therapuss LIVE, where he performed to sold-out crowds in 21 cities. He was joined by special guests Reneé Rapp, Alix Earle, Sofia Richie-Grainge, Snooki, Connor Wood, and Alexander 23.
Excited to get back on the road, this podcast host announced his second and even larger live tour, in which he has surprise guests lined up again.
One of the more special nights will take place on May 17 at the Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles, where the TikTok star calls home. He announced that all of the proceeds from this L.A. show will be donated directly to wildfire relief efforts.
In a statement to Deadline, Shane explained, “I’m so excited to be back on the road. Touring for the first time was truly a life-changing experience, and I felt as if I finally found my purpose. There’s something about making people laugh in person that brings a connection the internet doesn’t. I can’t wait to see everyone soon and do it bigger and better.”
