Jonas Brothers Celebrate 20 Years With New Music and Special Projects
The Jonas Brothers are marking a milestone in their career with 20 years of music, memories, and connecting with fans. After a heartfelt letter on Instagram, the trio assured fans they aren’t breaking up but are gearing up for an exciting year ahead.
Nick, Joe, and Kevin Jonas shared a reflective message on social media, addressing their incredible fans in honor of their two-decade journey. They stated, “As a family, we have been reflecting a lot lately… It’s been 20 years since we started this journey together. ” Many fans initially feared the announcement signaled a split, but the letter celebrated their bond and plans.
The brothers also reminisced about their early days, when they traveled in their family minivan with guitars and copies of It’s About Time, their 2006 debut album. They acknowledged that they “Were chasing our dream to play music and connect with others in a deep way that only music can provide,” they shared, joking that Nick wasn’t even old enough to see a PG-13 movie at the time.
With the highs and lows of their career, the band expressed deep gratitude: “In the years that followed, you’ve given us a thousand lifetimes of incredible memories. We’ve grown up together, celebrated wins, made mistakes, and overcome obstacles.”
Following their 2013 breakup and 2019 reunion, the band has continued to thrive, most recently completing their Five Albums. One Night. The World Tour, which spanned from August 2023 to October 2024.
Fans were thrilled to learn that 2025 will be a milestone year for the group. There will be New Jonas Brothers music, solo music, a live concert album, and a soundtrack. Additionally, Nick will return to Broadway in The Last Five Years, and the brothers have nearly wrapped filming on their upcoming holiday film, set for release this fall.
