Several of this year’s presenters are past Oscar winners. Berry made history in 2001 as the first Black actress to win Best Actress for her role in Monster’s Ball. Hawn, Goldberg, and Cruz have all taken home Best Supporting Actress Oscars. Hawn for Cactus Flower (1970), Goldberg for Ghost (1991), and Cruz for Vicky Cristina Barcelona (2009). Meanwhile, Winfrey was honored with the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award in 2011.

Joe Alwyn, one of this year’s presenters, has built an impressive filmography beyond The Brutalist, with roles in The Favourite (2018), Boy Erased (2018), Mary Queen of Scots (2018), and Harriet (2019).
Adding to the excitement, Nick Offerman will serve as the announcer for the evening, while comedian and talk show host Conan O’Brien will make his debut as the host of the prestigious ceremony.
The Oscars will take place at the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood. The official red carpet show will kick off at 6:30 p.m. ET and 3:30 p.m. PT, leading into what promises to be an unforgettable celebration of cinema.

Raj Kapoor and Katy Mullan will serve as executive producers for this year’s broadcast, with Kapoor also taking on the role of showrunner. Kapoor recently co-produced the 2024 Grammy Awards alongside Ben Winston and Jesse Collins.
With such a talented lineup of presenters and a fresh new host, the 97 Academy Awards are set to deliver an evening of unforgettable moments.
