BRIT Awards 2025: See Full List of Winners

The BRIT Awards honor excellence in British and international music, this year’s ceremony was no different as they honored some of the year’s biggest hits.

Hosted by Jack Whitehall, the BRIT Awards were held at London’s O2 Arena on March 1. Charli xcx led with five nominations, followed by The Last Dinner Party with four, and Billie Eilish and Central Cee with three.

Charli xcx was the night’s big winner taking home four awards and one honorary, including the coveted Album of the Year. Ultimately, she swept the awards with four wins: Song of the Year, Dance Act, Artist of the Year, and Album of the Year. She also received the honor of Songwriter of the Year.

Her album of the year, Brat, reached number 3 on the Billboard Top 200. Her song of the year was “Guess featuring billie eilish.”

Chappell Roan also had a successful night, winning International Artist of the Year and International Song of the Year for “Good Luck, Babe!”

Myles Smith received the Rising Star award, which was announced in December. The award is given to a British artist that the voting academy feels will have the strongest influence on the music industry within the next year. He performed his popular song “Stargazing” during the ceremony.

Sabrina Carpenter, who opened the ceremony with a performance of “Espresso” and “Bed Chem,” received the honorary Global Success Award. The “Taste” singer resumes the European leg of her tour on March 3 in Dublin.

JADE, Teddy Swims, Lola Young, The Last Dinner Party, and Sam Fender also performed at the ceremony. The Last Dinner Party won Best New Artist, and Ezra Collective received Group of the Year.

The event also honored the late Liam Payne, who passed away last year in Argentina.

“Last October, we woke to the devastating news that Liam Payne had tragically passed away,” Whitehall stated. “He achieved so much in the short time that he was on this earth and was not only a supremely gifted musician but an incredibly kind soul who touched the lives of everyone he came into contact with.”

The nominees and winners of the BRIT Awards are chosen by the organization’s voting academy, which is comprised of musicians and others within the industry. Genre awards, however, were voted on by the public through a WhatsApp campaign.
