Kim Kardashian Shines In New Nostalgic Gown at Oscars After Party

Kim Kardashian channeled Cinderella at the Oscars after party.

On Sunday, March 2, the reality star attended the Oscars afterparty in a strapless white Balenciaga gown, with a clean updo. Fans noticed the similarities the dress shared with the reality star’s former Vera Wang wedding dress in 2011.

Kardashian married basketball player Kris Humphries in 2011, but their marriage only lasted 72 days. On an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the SKIMS founder revealed she felt remorse for how she handled the marriage. “I fully broke up with him in the worst way, and I just didn’t know how to deal. I learned so much from it,” she told Andy Cohen. Shortly after, Cohen asked her, “Do you think you owe him an apology?” to which the star shared,  “Absolutely, and I tried to — I tried calling him for months.”

Additionally, in 2019 the basketball player wrote in The Player’s Tribune, “It’s never easy to go through the embarrassment of something like that — with your friends, with your family … but when it plays out so publicly, in front of the world, it’s a whole other level. It was brutal.”

Meanwhile, the American Horror Story star married rapper Kanye West in 2014, with whom she shares four children. The couple divorced in 2022 mainly due to West’s struggles with mental health. In a recent episode of The Kardashians, the mother of four commented on her divorce to the musician. “When you don’t foresee something happening that really changes a person’s personality and then they’re not the same person and you can’t ever get that person back, but you can’t live with the new person,” she stated.

In 2022, the business mogul began dating comedian Pete Davidson after her SNL debut where the two shared an onscreen kiss. They had launched their relationship at that year’s Met Gala, although splitting months later, the two remain on good terms.
