Kali Uchis Drops Teaser Video for New Album Sincerely and Snippet of New Single
Grammy Award-winning singer Kali Uchis recently announced her new album, Sincerely, with a bewitching teaser video before releasing a snippet of her upcoming single “SUNSHINE & RAIN.”
A year after the album, ORQUÍDEAS, and almost a month after her collaboration with d4vd on the song “Crashing,” Kali Uchis is back with exciting news.
She opened the video by blowing on candles that became lit by her breath. A full moon rose behind her, and a spoon stirred a cup on its own while soft hums were heard in the background. The “telepatía” singer states, “I dream of a home that even time will lie down and be still for. A place where everything works out the way it should.”
She finishes writing a letter and seals it with wax before magically transforming into a spooky outfit. “Sincerely,” Uchis proclaimed, closing out the video.
Sincerely will be the singer’s fifth studio album. Unlike her latest album, ORQUÍDEAS, she confirmed Sincerely will be in English in an interview with 10 Magazine.
The singer also shared, “The album is about the complexities of life and finding ways to find joy in life despite the world. Finding ways to appreciate every moment and not take life for granted. It’s my most existential and honest work. It’s definitely the most beautiful body of work to me, and it’s going to be, for me, the most meaningful and impactful.”

Sunshine & Rain… – Kali Uchis
On Tuesday, she released a TikTok teasing her upcoming single, “SUNSHINE & RAIN.” The new song is slated to release next week on March 27.
The song gives fans a taste of the return of melancholic Uchis, giving vibes to her earlier work, such as her EP Por Vida and debut studio album Isolation.
In the snippet she sings, “I just had an epiphany / Through sunshine & rain / As seasons change / We all need somebody that makes the earth feel heavenly / Baby, I’ll be that somebody ’cause you’re that someone to me.”
