Lady Gaga announced her upcoming tour, “The MAYHEM Ball,” which is slated to start this summer.

The news of the tour comes a couple of weeks after the release of Gaga’s latest album, MAYHEM, which reached Number 1 on the Billboard 200. Ten of the album’s tracks also landed on the Billboard Hot 100.

The arena tour will travel across North America and Europe. Before the tour begins, Gaga has performances scheduled in Mexico and Singapore, as well as a free concert in Brazil at Copacabana Beach.

The “Abracadabra” singer announced the tour via social media, mentioning that she hadn’t counted on touring this year.

“I wasn’t planning to tour this year after my shows in Singapore but the incredible response to the new album inspired me to keep things going,” she stated.

Gaga further explained why she chose to perform in arenas rather than stadiums.

“We chose arenas this time to give me the opportunity to control the details of the show in a way you simply can’t in stadiums — and honestly, I can’t wait,” she stated. “This show is designed to be the kind of theatrical and electrifying experience that brings MAYHEM to life exactly how I envision it. The MAYHEM Ball Tour is officially coming your way. See you soon, monsters.”

The tour is scheduled to kick off on July 16 in Las Vegas, with another show in Sin City on July 18. Other cities in the North American leg include New York City, Chicago, Seattle, Miami, and Toronto.

The European leg of the tour begins on September 15, with three shows scheduled in London. It will also hit Manchester, Stockholm, Milan, Barcelona, Berlin, Amsterdam, Antwerp, and Lyon. The final destination is Paris, where three shows will wrap up.

The ticket presale begins on March 30, and fans must sign up for access before March 30 at 8 a.m. ET. The general sale starts on April 3.
