PinkPantheress recently released a trailer on social media teasing her upcoming mixtape set to release on May 9.

This is PinkPantheress’ first release since her debut album, Heaven Knows, released in 2023. She started this year posting on New Year’s Day to X, “oh we are soooo back #2025 i missed y’all thanks for waiting on me,” alongside two pictures of the British musician sitting at her desk working on new music.

Later that month, she collaborated with Shygirl and Isabella Lovestory for the single “True Religion.”

PinkPantheress has also teased an upcoming single by releasing a snippet earlier this month and cameoed in Jack Harlow and Doja Cat’s “Just Us” music video this week.

The “Boy’s a Liar Pt. 2” singer first experienced her rise to fame through TikTok, with her nostalgic electronic music gaining traction. Since then, she has been nominated for numerous awards, such as the BRIT Awards and MTV Video Music Awards. She also recently won the Billboard Women in Music Award for Producer of the Year in 2024.

Now, PinkPantheress has released a trailer titled “Official Mixtape Trailer,” teasing her new era with a video featuring multiple clones of herself. In the video, she is sitting on a couch, cutting up a magazine before being approached by a clone asking for a picture.

She is slightly confused about all the different versions of herself before she takes out her digital camera. A Y2K-style text-tone starts playing from the clones’ bags, distracting them before the MOBO Award winner gestures for them to focus for the photo. The trailer ends with lipstick writing, “Coming to your speakers soon—Pantheress.pink.”

The video’s YouTube description states, “how many pinkpantheress’ can you identify in this video. we are out with the old era and in with the new one. I’m so excited for all you to feel fanciful in a few months time, it’s only a stone throw away x.”

This new mixtape will be her second after her critically acclaimed debut, to h*ll with it, which was released in 2021.
