Ohana Festival Reveals Exciting New Performer Lineup

This Tuesday, the Ohana Festival announced this year’s official lineup featuring Hozier, Green Day, Cage the Elephant, and more.  

The Ohana Festival was started by Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder in 2016, taking place annually in Dana Point, California. In past years, the festival has had performances by artists such as Japanese Breakfast, Fiona Apple, Lana Del Rey, and The Killers.

This fall, from September 26 to September 28, artists will once again hit the Doheny State Beach, electrifying crowds. For bands like Kings of Leon, Cage the Elephant, and Leon Bridges, the festival will be one of their many planned festival performances this year. Several musicians will have their festival debut performance this year, such as Girl and Girl, Tedeschi Trucks Band, and The Murder Capital.

Vedder created the festival to celebrate connection through music and promote environmental consciousness and sustainability. The festival will spotlight environmental conservationists and researchers through panels and exhibits throughout the weekend. This year’s festival will also implement reusable cups for the first time and use Intelligent Battery Systems to combat its carbon footprint.

Tickets to the Ohana Festival will be available for presale on Thursday, May 1, at 10 a.m. PT/ 1 p.m. ET. The remaining tickets will go on general sale at 12 p.m. PT/ 3 p.m. ET. You can sign up for the presale here.
