ColourPop Releases New Shrek Collection Featuring Eyeshadow Palette, Glosses, and More
Get out of our swamp, but grab some makeup first. ColourPop has teamed up with DreamWorks to launch a limited-edition Shrek collection that’s equal parts nostalgic and swamp-chic.
Inspired by the film, the collection reimagines fan-favorite characters and iconic moments in a playful lineup of eyeshadows, glosses, balms, and more.
At the heart of the collection is the Beware Ogre Eyeshadow Palette ($24), a 15-pan mix of mattes, metallics, super shocks, and pearlescent glitters in mossy greens, earthy browns, and bold brights. Each pan is embossed with little ogre details, making it as collectible as it is wearable.
Lips get their fairy-tale moment too with the Ultra Glossy Lips ($10 each), infused with hyaluronic acid for shine without the stick. The lineup nods to Shrek and friends with shades like Ogre (opal with green pearl, chocolate mud pie flavor) and Short Lord (rich berry, blueberry muffin flavor). Fans of Gingy will want the Candy Lip Oil ($10), a candy-scented clear gloss with a rollerball applicator and floating beads.
For drama, the Dragon’s Keep Kit ($14) pairs a multichrome liner (Fire Breath) with a fiery red-brown mascara (Dragon), perfect for looks that slay. Meanwhile, the Glitterally Obsessed Body Glitter Gel ($10) pays homage to Shrek’s iconic onion metaphor with a peachy-gold rainbow glitter finish.
If you’re after a dewy, everyday glow, the Instant Crush Lip & Cheek Balms ($12) deliver hydrating color in warm pink (True Love’s Form) and berry (Fairytale Things), housed in Shrek-green compacts.
Bundles include the Totally Swamped gloss set ($36), the Shrek-spress Yourself palette-and-oil duo ($32), or the full collection ($115) for die-hard fans ready to go full ogre glam.
Lighthearted yet edgy, the collection mirrors everything we love about the franchise: Donkey’s waffle obsession, Fiona’s fearless transformations, and, of course, Shrek’s layers. The limited-edition ColourPop x Shrek collection launches on Thursday, August 21, on ColourPop’s site and September 4 on Amazon.
