Bratz x Hello Kitty: The Y2K It-Girl Collab We’ve Been Waiting For
The girls with a passion for fashion have teamed up with Sanrio’s most iconic girl (remember, she’s not a cat) for a Y2K collab that has our hearts melting. The Bratz x Hello Kitty crossover fuses the Bratz girls’ sassy, chic style with Hello Kitty’s signature kawaii charm.
Fan-favorite Bratz girls, Cloe, Yasmin, Jade, and, coming soon, Sasha, are debuting brand-new looks inspired by Hello Kitty’s iconic kawaii aesthetic. Think pastel palettes, oversized bows, playful prints, and the kind of statement accessories (handbags, headphones, platform shoes) that make any outfit instantly pop.
Each doll is finished with all the fine details and premium packaging, delighting both young girls ready to take on playdates and collectors adding another doll to their shelf.
“This collection with Hello Kitty brings together two beloved worlds to prove that fierce fashion and fun-filled cuteness are a perfect match. With these looks, the Bratz girls are ready to turn heads in Harajuku,” stated Bratz Creative Director Jasmin Larian-Hekmat in a release.
The whole collection can be described as a love letter to two brands that shaped the way we think about style, friendship, and self-expression. Bratz, which is approaching its 25-year anniversary, has always pushed boundaries with bold, trendsetting looks.
Hello Kitty, meanwhile, has been serving adorable vibes for more than 50 years, evolving from a character on a coin purse to a true global fashion and lifestyle icon. Together, they create a crossover that celebrates nostalgia while staying totally fresh and current.
Launching just ahead of Hello Kitty’s birthday on November 1, the collab doubles as a playful tribute to her milestone season. It’s the kind of drop that bridges generations; parents who grew up with Bratz or Hello Kitty will want these dolls just as much as younger fans who live for all things kawaii.
The Bratz x Hello Kitty Collector Dolls are already available on both Bratz’s website and major retailers worldwide. Given the fan bases behind both brands, these dolls will fly off the shelves fast.
