Demi x Selena are Besties Again

Everyone’s favorite television best friends are back together again!

These two have been together since the Barney days where they met, before they grew up in the spotlight together, starting their own vlog in the early 2000s, before both moving on to star in respective television shows on Disney channel, Wizards of Waverly Place and Sonny With a Chance, before starring together in a Disney movie Princess Protection Program.

Each actress would support the other’s career wholeheartedly, which was the greatest thing ever.

Until the two of them had a very public split in 2014 and unfollowed each other on social media, because they had “grown apart.” The two went on to have completely separate careers as recording artists, and enter Demi Lovato’s documentary.

When Lovato released her documentary last week, Simply Complicated, which now has over 7 million views across 195 countries, and how bonus content has collected over 8 million views alone. Lovato’s documentary outlines her struggles with substance abuse, eating disorders, personal relationships, and sobriety.

While Demi was promoting her documentary on social media, Selena commented on Demi’s Instagram post, commenting on how beautiful her story was and that she’s happy for her. “Love you,” she finished.

Demi then proceeded to comment back, finishing her reply with “Love you too,” before the two refollowed each other.

The two met up at the InStyle Awards, where the two reunited and shared a picture together. Hopefully, this results in a collaboration. #DelenaForever
