Paul Walker was best known for his role in the “Fast and Furious” franchise.

Walker died in a tragic car accident back in November 2013 while leaving an event for his charity, Reach Out Worldwide.

He left behind a fifteen-year-old daughter at the time, Meadow, whom he had with ex-girlfriend, Rebecca McBrain. Meadow filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Porsche two years after her father’s death. Court documents against the car company said that the car was missing key safety features that could have saved her father’s life when he and the passenger in the car hit a tree. Walker was trapped in the car, and still alive when his seat belt would not release before the car went up in flames 20 seconds later.

In response to the lawsuit, Porsche released a statement reading that Walker, “knowingly and voluntarily assumed all risk, perils, and danger in respect to the use of the subject 2005 Carrera GT.”

Paperwork received by an ABC affiliate in Los Angeles confirmed that Meadow and Porsche had settled the two-year battle earlier this month, but that terms of the settlement would remain confidential.

Meadow Walker has not released an official statement in regards to the settlement.
