A Child Managed to Destroy $1,000 Worth of Makeup at Sephora
Brace yourselves, makeup gurus. The image you are about to see isn’t pretty.Makeup artist Brittany Nelson happened to be shopping at her local Sephora when she stumbled across the travesty. She posted the image of the destroyed Make Up Forever display to her Facebook page.
“I’m sure he/she thought they were like finger paints and had no idea how naughty they were being. Tons of destroyed product and pissed Sephora cast members are a not a happy place to be. Mammas, please shop for your makeup without your tiny humans. It’s not fun for you…or them…or the expensive product.”
While it was only the display testers that were destroyed, a shadow from the cosmetic brand still costs $21 and the store had to replace 52 of them. People are social media were furious, wondering why the mother wasn’t watching their child.
I have 3 small kids. Whenever I go anywhere with them, every two minutes (max!!) I’m doing a head count. That woman whose child ruined the Sephora display is careless & self-absorbed. It’s my job to make sure my kids aren’t destroying store property. Period.
