Pulling in a 105 million before taxes, this woman has owned 2017.
Forbes magazine has listed Beyoncé as the highest paid woman of 2017. According to their reports, Beyoncé brought in 105 million dollars before taxes from June 2016 to June 2017. These earnings came from her heavily praised album Lemonade and her Formation World Tour. Beyoncé’s Lemonade gave her, her sixth number one album and reached a high level of success. After being snubbed for a Grammy with the album of the year, it is clear that her accomplishments outweigh the acknowledgment of critics.
Adele came in second place this year with 69 million according to Forbes magazine. Last year the leader of the list was Taylor Swift bringing in 170 million, she is now standing at third place this year. These women have graced us with a variety of music that is essential for all occasions. It is great to see women prospering in the music business, and we cannot wait to see next year’s numbers.
