This song will have you debating whether you want a drink now or never.

G-Eazy and Charlie Puth have just released the audio for their new single titled, “Sober,” and that title is used very loosely in correlation to the song. This song, despite its title, is a massive appreciation for alcohol referencing shots to basketball points. With G-Eazy as the devil on one shoulder rapping to you, and Puth as the angel on the other singing softly, there is no telling what decisions will be made that night. This is definitely a song you will have to do a double take with before playing on Friday night.

In a recent interview with MTV News, G-Eazy explains his reasoning for the title of the song. “I think that’s ultimately [the meaning of] The Beautiful & Damned is to not end up way out there, and to keep yourself in check and try to find that balance, find moderation, or whatever.” G-Eazy stated. As we all should know when drinking there should definitely be a balance between alcohol and the amount of water you are taking to avoid that hangover.

The Beautiful & Damned is expected to release December 15th.
