Angelina Jolie Gives Guest Lecture at London University
The actress taught a seminar titled “Women, Peace and Security” this past Monday at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
During the seminar, Jolie discussed the link between human rights violations toward women in conflict and gender inequality. Afterward, a question and answer session was held. This is not her first lecture at the university, as she previously held a lecture back in March 2017.
Jolie is currently a visiting professor at the university. While there, she hopes to share her experiences with students about her work with the United Nations and to broaden the discussion on advancing women’s rights.
