About a decade ago, Cameron Diaz was the highest paid actress earning around $50 million a year and was the “it girl” that every woman wanted to be.
According to Selma Blair, she commented during an interview with E! News stating that Diaz was just “retiring” from acting. Selma said, “I mean, she doesn’t need to make any more films. She has a pretty great life, I don’t know what it would take to bring her back. She’s happy.”
Selma Blair then tweeted about her comment on Cameron Diaz retiring after it made many headlines.

Although Diaz really did not retire, Selma Blair also stated that the actress just does not need the money and just started to turn away from acting. Cameron Diaz has starred in movies such as The Mask, There’s Something About Mary, Annie, and The Other Woman.
