Meet the 85-year-old U.S. Supreme Court Justice who rules.

United States Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is a legend whose legal standing has demanded a presence on the big screen. Becoming an unexpected pop culture icon, Ginsburg’s biopic is a personal journey that follows her journey to becoming a judge to the nation’s highest court.

With a history largely unknown, RBG is a documentary designed to explore the woman’s legendary life and career.

In its official trailer, you can catch Gloria Steinem saying,”When you come right down to it, the closest thing to a superhero I know.” For decades, she has inspired generations of women. With her deconstruction of legal policies that discriminated against women on the basis of gender, she became known for her role in uplifting women from their second-class citizen status.

The film launched its online campaign on International Women’s Day- if that wasn’t the most fitting thing you have ever heard.

You can catch Notorious RBG in this CNN film when it hits select theaters on May 4.
